Wildfires ravage Spain, France and Italy, killing three firefighters

Wildfires swept across southern Europe on Wednesday, killing three firefighters and forcing thousands of people to evacuate as extreme heat and dry conditions fuelled blazes in Sicily, southwestern France and central Spain.
